These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the SureCart to MailerPress Connector (the “plugin”) and this website, operated by Alterview. By buying or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.
What the plugin does
The connector adds your SureCart customers to a MailerPress list automatically, with optional per-product lists and tags, custom-field segmentation, subscription-lifecycle actions, and a one-time backfill of existing customers.
Licences
- A Single licence may be used on one SureCart store; an Unlimited licence may be used on any number of stores you own or manage.
- A yearly licence includes updates and support while active. A lifetime licence is a one-time payment that includes one year of updates and support.
- An active licence key is required for the plugin to sync.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use the plugin, including obtaining any consent required to email your customers.
- Keep your licence key confidential and do not redistribute the plugin.
Refunds
If the plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Warranty & liability
The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Alterview is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
