This Privacy Policy explains how Alterview handles personal data in connection with the SureCart to MailerPress Connector and this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and support the plugin.
Who is responsible
The SureCart to MailerPress Connector is an Alterview product. Alterview is the data controller for this website and for licence and support data. You can reach us at info@alterview.nl.
What we collect
- Contact & support — your name, email and message when you contact us or request support.
- Newsletter — your email address if you subscribe, processed through our own MailerPress install.
- Purchases & licences — name, email, billing details and licence activations, processed through SureCart and our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
- Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated statistics about how this website is used.
The plugin and your customers’ data
The connector runs on your WordPress site. It reads customer data from your SureCart store and sends it only to your own MailerPress install. That data never reaches Alterview — for it, you are the data controller.
Why we use data
- To operate and secure this website.
- To process purchases, deliver licences, and provide updates and support.
- To send product news — only if you opt in.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run our service (for example SureCart and our payment provider for checkout, and our hosting and email providers). We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
